Resilience, and how to measure Emotional strength.

Emotional resilience, Intelligence and understanding are such a hot and important topics at the moment. And for a good reason.

When we let the Emotional life to “drive the bus” so to speak, we are left with the mercy of our feelings. And as we very well know we all have those days when we just don’t feel like it. At least I know I do..

Do you let your emotions dictate when you act on something like eating healthy or working out? If so, than surely you pretty much know what’s going to happen and NOT happen!

When we can better understand & be aware of our internal ups and downs the more we are able to direct the course of our actions.
I call this Emotional Resilience. When this pillar is in check we can navigate the polarity of our internal feelings with more ease and awareness.

For me personally this element has always been fairly straight forward to deal with. It’s relatively easy to take the leanings from the past experiences and turn them into growth opportunities for the future!

Emotional resilience and awareness of our feelings is an opportunity to start taking better care of our internal world!
Once correctly harnessed, this energy has a potential to change your life upside down and/or take the downside and put it up!

Not allowing your Emotions to run the show is absolutely Vital for people who want to produce and play at higher levels!

One of my favorite insights on this comes from Joe Dispenza

Resilience in Measurements?

As the thoughts precede the Emotions, it only makes sense than to have better awareness of those thoughts and where we direct them!

I shot this Vlog post where I identify three measurements that will help you to become more Emotionally Resilient!

Would love to know if you have any questions or ideas on this topic?

I previously wrote about Emotional alignment here.
