“I need more Clarity” is something we hear a lot, especially in today’s hyper stimulated and in “You Can do anything you want” world.

Often because of that overwhelm so many of us find ourselves in a state of procrastination and feeling we lack of Clear direction.

I think, if we go back in time just a mere 50-60 years nobody in their right mind would have talked about Clarity as much as we hear today.

We used to just Do and take action when ever we had something that needed more Clarification, so to speak. I feel we are privileged to be in this position where we can think and ponder around ideas and insights for days on end.

I do like to set 90-day Goals, Intentions and to have a solid plan of action in place.

The very best and fastest way to gain this Clarity, that I know of, is to put something out in the real world.

Expose your desires, craft those dreams into actionable steps and move your mission forward with Momentum.

“Clarity resides on the other side of Execution and Experimentation.”

Steal the mindset of a mad scientist, get the feedback and push yourself to that next stage.

7 Essential Habits for better Focus, Clarity and Peak Performance Lifestyle:

✅ Start off by making sure that your surroundings are distraction free!

There are ways to actually increase your Focus with certain key environmental prompts.
I’ll offer few of my favorites here:

✅ As I’m writing this I’m listening Binaural Beats through headphones.

✅ Using Essential Oils to stimulate the room and senses. Lavender, Spearmint and Eucalyptus to name just a few…

✅ 45 min Max intense Focus with short brakes.

✅ Hydration, Hydration, Hydration and more Hydration! Also helps with the brakes when you periodically have to get up to pee.

✅ Coffee with Fats like Ghee and Lion’s Mane Mushroom! For me personally Coffee actually slows down my thinking and keeps my Focus better at task.

Healthy fats also slows and lengthens the absorption of the caffeine which makes all the benefits last longer (Or that’s my experience at least..).

About Lion’s Mane Mushroom I would have to make whole another post, so better just google “Lion’s Mane mushroom and Focus”.

✅ Movement! As best as I can, I try to move my body every hour! At least few stretches, couple pull ups or a quick walk outside to get fresh air running through my lungs and oxygenate the brain.

Find your Focus and Crystallize your Clarity on what’s the most important you need to act on!

So, many of us are overwhelmed with too much on the plate or too many opportunities to choose from.
