High Achievers Lifestyle and striving for Peak Performance is what lot of us are aiming for. Especially in today’s performance-oriented world where we are required to do more in daily basis.
In this writing I’ll cover my nine daily fundamental elements that are needed to make this lifestyle choice work for you, instead of the other way around.
Bear in mind, there are obvious and possible drawbacks in this High Achievers lifestyle choice! I’m talking about the vicious Burnout that lurks around the corner, if we are not being sustainable in our actions.

So, to avoid this burnout and make the Performance oriented Lifestyle work for you in your own terms, here are my nine daily Fundamentals for Peak Performers.
By the way, most of us struggle with at least few of these on daily basis.
High Achievers Fundamentals:
BETTER ENVIRONMENT
Clean, Healthy and Growth oriented space around you can alone change the game! The Spaces and places that we put ourselves into are the first things that I often encourage people to start with.
If you haven’t yet, do read about Epigenetics. It is the Science behind environmental effect on our gene Expression and how our environment has a bigger control over us that we might be aware of.
UPLIFTING PEOPLE
The crowd you hang out with needs to Push and Pull you forward, otherwise you are in the wrong pack.
This goes hand in hand with the first point.
That environment must have the people who we look up to and can learn from. Those people who play on bigger stages of life so to speak, tend to pull and push others.
Our Growth is very much dependent of the quality and quantity of the people we surround ourselves with!
CONSISTENT SUPPORT
As a direct continuation from above, we cannot walk this path alone, period.
Make sure someone calls your blind spots out. When you get surrounded by the uplifting people, when possible, choose few of them who can truly help and guide you on a deeper personal level.

HIGH ACHIEVERS HOLY 3
Sleep, Nutrition and Movement. These all need to be dialed in to have amble amount of Energy for the WHOLE day.
Back in the times, everyone used to talk about Time Management, then we realized that time is a constant medium and cannot be managed so to speak.
A lot easier is to make sure we have an amble amount of energy every single day to do the things we are set out to do!
Physical, Mental and Emotional Energy is where all of our actions stem from!
Let’s move from managing our time to making sure our Energy resources are fully charged up!
DISTRACTION FREE FOCUS
Once we have the Energy in check, the next obvious element is in which direction we are going to direct that flow of energy towards.
Distracted world calls for an ability to direct our attention and have single minded Focus to the most important Tasks at hand.
Our Ability pay attention, focus and have extended periods of single-minded focus is a disappearing yet trainable skill.
EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE
To be able to navigate our Emotional Roller coaster and use those Emotions as our allies, Resilience becomes an apparent element to master.
One of the best ways that I know of to measure this is to look for the Intensity, Frequency and Duration of your Emotional experiences.
If and when, these are increasing for Positive experiences, we know we are making progress! This is also true for the negative Emotions, when they are getting weaker, less frequent and shorter in duration we are on the right tracks!

ABILITY TO SAY NO
More we say No to what’s not moving the needle forward, more choices we have in our own hands to choose in what to say YES to.
In today’s world due to the increase in opportunities and options, almost everything is within reach for us, as this is definitely the case when it comes to information.
Having solid boundaries and Clarity of the direction we are marching towards; this skill becomes easier and easier to Master.
As well as more external success we acquire, there will be more and more people who want something from us or are offering their services, so suddenly we end up giving more NOs than YESes!
INNER GAME MASTERY (IGM)
Mindfulness Practice, especially Meditation has become a MUST have for High Achievers. Everything stems from this creative space we all have inside of us.
Every game changer, top athlete and Creative mind often already understands & Embody this.
For the rest of us mortals, if you haven’t yet done so, start developing and deepening your IGM (Inner Game Mastery) towards a minimum of daily 20 min Mindfulness practice!
ENJOYMENT OF THE JOURNEY
If you are not having fun while doing it all, what’s it worth in the long run?
This idea of the journey and its enjoyment, to me can be defined by this notion that we are on the
“Endless pursue of Mastery while on the path that has no Destination”.
I truly hope that these fundamental elements of High Achievers lifestyle will help you raise your standards and reach for those bigger stages of Life.
